The City of Santa Monica is soliciting the community's ideas and thoughts on revitalizing one of the city's premier historic resources, the famous Marion Davies Estate at 415 PCH through a series of workshops, tours and an interactive website.

Explore the vibrant history of this legendary beachfront property, learn how a partnership with the Annenberg Foundation is bringing the site back to life, get project updates and give your ideas to the design team.

The revitalization of 415 PCH as a public beach facility is made possible by a generous gift from the Annenberg Foundation at the recommendation of Wallis Annenberg and in partnership with the City of Santa Monica and California State Parks.

In September, the city will host a two-day community workshop which will center around a series of group discussions based upon early design options. More details will be available later this summer at 415pch.smgov.net.
