Craftsman Weekend

Immerse yourself in the American Arts & Crafts Movement during Craftsman Weekend hosted by Pasadena Heritage.

Filled with history and architecture, guests learn about the beginnings of Old Pasadena and how the buildings evolved to meet the demands of this growing community on walking tours and pub crawls.

Explore the work of the famous Gamble House by attending one of two lectures, presented by The Gamble House Speakers Bureau, followed by a docent-guided tour of this National Historic Landmark.

Painters, ceramists, textile artists, builders, and others found their niche in the Movement and the immersive weekend grants guests the opportunity to learn more with hands-on and in-depth workshops and lectures in silk painting, embroidery, historic window preservation, the technology and recipes in the Craftsman-era kitchen, and more.
